Description:

  • Update Cargo.toml herolib-osis and herolib-sid from git deps (herolib_rust) to local path deps pointing to hero_lib
  • Update sdk/rust/Cargo.toml herolib_otoml git URL to point to hero_lib repo
  • Update CI workflow to clone hero_lib instead of herolib_rust
