hero_rpc_derive, hero_rpc_openrpc, herolib_core, hero_proc_sdk,
hero_db_sdk were all pinned ^0.5.0 against branch = "development"
git deps that ship 0.6.0 today. Cargo refused the resolution, blocking
the source build.

Closes the s81 hero_builder source-build sweep failure on hero_wallet.
