  • Skip /health + /rpc poll when parent window lacks window-shadow-focused.

Test Results

Playwright in browser via tunnel:

  • focused window: 3 polls in 12s (~5s interval)
  • defocused: 0 polls in 12s
  • refocused: polls resume
