Summary

Deploys hero_slides to TFGrid via tfcmd + an in-VM setup script. Base image is the hero_base flist (hero_proc + hero_db + zinit + socat pre-baked).

Related Issue

Closes #72.

Changes

• Replaced terraform scaffold with two-file tfcmd wrapper
• Switched base image to hero_base flist
• Added update subcommand for hot binary swap (preserves hero_db)
• Switched socat to IPv6 dual-stack for gateway reachability

Test Results

Fresh deploy + update + down on dev grid; AI wizard job runs to done.
