feat: add zinit_openrpc and zinit_http user services 61f0156854

Register zinit as a Hero service pair following the standard naming
convention (backend *_openrpc + web UI *_http).

- zinit_openrpc: process supervisor backend on port 3875
- zinit_http: web admin dashboard on port 9880, depends on zinit_openrpc

refactor: extract library crate from hero_services_server

Details

c3c2325e95

Move shared modules (build, config, git_ops, install, profile,
service_data, zinit) and extract_binary_name into lib.rs so they
can be imported by rpc.rs and watch.rs via hero_services_server::.
