Summary

Adds full playwright coverage for the office stack — list / upload / open / delete / error / non-ASCII round-trip — and extends the editor-load checks to poll for the OnlyOffice error dialog over 60 s instead of a 3 s snapshot. Caught the editor_url regression that #178 fixed. Also drops the dead testcases/issue_35 markdown scripts that the playwright suite supersedes.

Changes

Added office_crud spec with 26 parameterized tests across docs / sheets / presentations / pdf
Strengthened the Arabic round-trip — now polls inside the iframe for OO error dialogs, not just iframe-visible
Extended editor_real polling window so late-firing dialogs don't slip through
Dropped testcases/issue_35 (replaced by the playwright suite)

office_crud 26/26 + office_editor_real 4/4 green against current development.
