Summary

Bumps Cargo.lock to pull the merged broker-first hero_rpc_osis migration so consumer builds resolve to the new async API instead of the old (broken) one.

Follow-up to hero_rpc PR #38.

Changes

hero_rpc_* → 1f883c00 (merge of osis broker migration)
herolib_* → b8b01eba (current dev tip, matches the migration PR's lockfile)
hero_proc_sdk → 7979d29b
adds hero_aibroker_sdk

Test Results

cargo check --workspace passes clean on herodev.
