The newer hero_rpc SDK builds endpoint URLs as
{base_url}/hero_osis_{domain}/rpc, so OSIS_URL must be the router root
(http://127.0.0.1:9988), not /hero_osis/ui. Bumping the lock file pulls
in the matching SDK behavior.
