• Comprehensive project assessment with bug fixes and test infrastructure:

Work Done

• Fix duplicate Cargo.toml profile warnings (7 contracts)
• Implement account listing feature (list_accounts)
• Fix build.sh to enable Rhai scripts feature
• Add contract_view() helper for Rhai scripts
• Create test_smoke.rhai (9 tests) and test_cli_full.rhai (20 tests)
• Add ROADMAP.md with production timeline
• Update README.md with testing documentation

All 129 tests pass (100 Rust + 29 Rhai).

No breaking changes.
