docs: add 5-crate service structure and raw JSON-RPC transport docs 65a9185888

Document the standardized 5-crate workspace layout (core, server, client,
rhai, ui) and the raw JSON-RPC transport protocol for backend sockets.
Update contexts.md to reflect raw JSON-RPC instead of HTTP endpoints.

Consolidate service docs into hero_service.md, add health checks and port registry 159ec7d0d6

Replace four separate service doc files with a single comprehensive
hero_service.md covering the full architecture:
- Add §6 Health Checks: rpc.health for _openrpc, GET /health for _http
- Add §5 Port Allocation: 88xx range registry for all _http services
- Document dual binding (Unix socket + TCP) for _http services
- Update socket naming to _openrpc.sock / _http.sock convention
- Update checklist with health and dual-binding requirements
