Context

The website has 15+ broken links pointing to docs.projectmycelium.com which does not exist. The documentation content lives in the docs_mycelium repo but is not accessible from the website.

Goals

Add an in-app /docs section with curated markdown content across 7 sections (Cloud, Network, VDC, Hosters, Economics, Specs, Society)
Fix all broken external links to docs.projectmycelium.com by routing to internal /docs pages
Support mermaid diagram rendering, internal markdown link resolution, and responsive sidebar navigation
Add comprehensive Playwright E2E tests (54 tests) and curl smoke tests
Add CI test workflow that runs on PRs to development/main
