Here's the current outcome:

  • I was able to create an individual workspace for Zanzibar support with the logo and domain info:

  • Script for the Chat Widget:

Done — ZDFZ Crisp widget live on all services

Deployed v4.9.9 with the new workspace ID. Verified on:

Free plan is sufficient for now (2 operators, 12 users). If we need zdfz.crisp.help helpdesk URL or more operators later, we can upgrade.

AS said in telegram, since the free version not all team support members are included, it is not ideal.

A solution could be for now:

Put the generic chat icon for Threefold crisp, and make a generic welcome message, not stating if we are threefold or zdfz.

@sabrinasadik - agreed to go with a paid version. I'm waiting for the billing details to be updated and can proceed to set up the workspace accordingly.
