[platform] Finish merging integration into development across the remaining repos #311

We are converging on development as the single trunk (see lhumina_code/home#309). This issue tracks finishing the integration into development merge for every remaining repository. For each one, do a real merge of integration into development (never squash, never reset, so no history is lost), then build it and run its tests before ticking it done. The goal is that development carries the full platform on the new design so we can point the live testing setup at it, after which integration is retired.

Repositories (tick when merged, built, and tested on development):

  • deployer (heaviest, by far the most history)
  • hero_cockpit
  • hero_skills
  • hero_proxy
  • hero_router
  • hero_proc
  • hero_os
  • hero_foundry
  • hero_memory
  • hero_indexer
  • voice and embedder engines
  • hero_office
  • hero_browser
