Admin dashboard polish: overview page, live email preview, notifications #260

Goal: a few polish items for the deployer admin dashboard now that the core admin work is in place. Not urgent; these improve the operator experience but nothing is blocked without them.

  • Overview page: turn the landing page into a real dashboard. Show a summary across all testers (how many users and machines, and node capacity at a glance) and a short setup health line (is email configured, how many assistant keys are set), so an operator can see the state and what still needs setting up.
  • Live preview of the welcome email on the Settings page, updating as the wording is edited.
  • Use small popup notifications for save and test results instead of inline text.
