Once the current sandbox readiness work is done, evaluate adding hero_livekit (https://forge.ourworld.tf/lhumina_code/hero_livekit) to the Hero sandbox so testers get real-time audio and video meetings. hero_livekit is a LiveKit SFU orchestrator for Hero OS: it downloads, configures, and supervises the upstream livekit-server and lk-backend binaries, and exposes a typed OpenRPC surface plus an admin and meeting UI. Integrating it would mean deciding whether it ships in the per-tester install bundle or as a shared engine on the admin VM, wiring its sockets and a gateway route like the other apps, and giving it a tile in the cockpit. This is a backlog item to look at after the current roadmap, not now. We will know it is done when a tester can open a working meeting from their cockpit.
