Follow-up to the go-to-production demo (#244).

The meeting demo tester (alicelight) covers the base demo apps from main: cockpit, planner, slides, whiteboard, agent, voice. We also want a second demo tester (alicefull) that runs the full Hero stack, adding the content libraries with the AI Librarian, the per-tester knowledge store, business records, and grounded search, so we can show the complete product.

This is gated on getting those apps to publish from main (they currently build from the development branch only). Plan:

Migrate the remaining apps (books, memory, embedder provider, biz) to publish latest from main and flip their default branch, the same way the base apps were moved.
Add a full install profile in the deployer (the base bundle plus the extra apps), selectable per tester.
Provision alicefull from main with the full profile and verify the librarian and grounded search end to end.

For now the base demo (alicelight) is the priority and is working from main. This issue tracks the full stack so we nail the complete product in time. Marked important by the team.
