make all the features in relation to editor part of

/Volumes/T7/code0/hero_lib/crates/webserver/src

as submodule called editor

make sure we can re-use the editor in every web interface we build, so easy to integrate

then import this lib over local fs into this repo and make sure all still works while using the library
