Rewrote forge_workflow skill to match actual pipeline (squash merge, FORGEJO_TOKEN, commit format, WIP convention)
Updated hero_branching — squash merge for features, merge commit for releases, branch naming
Updated forge_issue_mgmt framing — parallel orchestration vs standard pipeline, removed Co-Authored-By

fix: align workflow skills with actual pipeline — squash merge, commit format, no Co-Authored-By bf14912bd8

- Rewrite forge_workflow: squash merge as standard, FORGEJO_TOKEN, issue URL
  in commit body, WIP as default (human can bypass), summary comment on close
- Update hero_branching: squash for features, merge commit for releases,
  per-developer + numbered branch naming, generic examples
- Update forge_issue_mgmt: add framing as orchestration mode, remove
  Co-Authored-By from commit template, link to forge_workflow
