Context

The active Claude Code skills (in ~/.claude/skills/) have diverged significantly from the dev_docs repository. Previous PRs (#21, #28) were partially cherry-picked by reviewers but never fully merged, leaving 25 skill files out of date.

Goals

Sync all 20 modified skills with their latest active versions
Add 5 new skills missing from dev_docs: forge_workflow, geomind_skills, herolib, rust_rhai_client_fix, tui
Key improvements include: CI log retrieval API docs, three-tier CI strategy (test-all/ci-local/ci-docker), --profile minimal gotcha, DinD patterns, FORGEJO_TOKEN standardization, WASM cfg gating patterns
Close stale PRs #21 and #28
