Context

The Zanzibar Digital Free Zone backend (znzfreezone_backend) uses port 3395.
This port needs to be registered in the hero_ports skill.

All znzfreezone_code repos were renamed to follow the Hero naming convention:

backend_znzfreezone → znzfreezone_backend
frontend_znzfreezone → znzfreezone_frontend
(and 5 more)

Changes needed

Add port 3395 entry: znzfreezone_backend / znzfreezone_server
Update next available port to 3396

Note: branch development_register_freezone_port exists with old naming (freezone_backend) and should be superseded.
