Context

As part of the hero ecosystem standardization effort, hero_shrimp needs a full-featured admin dashboard, request observability, and alignment with hero_ports and makefile_helper conventions.

Goals

  • Admin dashboard (Bootstrap 5.3.3) with tabs for messages, audit, usage, memories, jobs, config, logs, MCP, and API docs
  • JSON-RPC and MCP server endpoints
  • Per-IP request metrics
  • Hero Auth JWT integration with dark/light mode and Hero OS embedding support
  • Port 3384 confirmed, Makefile compliance
  • Smoke tests and CI pipeline
