Summary

Proc admin island spammed two errors per load when opened in hero_os. This silences both.

Related Issue

Closes #73

Changes

  • Skipped the localhost:9998 inspector probe in iframe contexts
  • Dropped the corrupt + redundant hljs-toml script (hljs-ini already registers the TOML alias)
  • Removed the broken hero-bootstrap-bridge.css link

Test Results

playwright trace on proc open: 0 page errors, 0 failed asset loads.
