Per home#212.

build-linux.yaml matrix artifact: linux-amd64-musl → x86_64-unknown-linux-musl for all 4 binaries (hero_osis, hero_osis_seed, hero_osis_ui, hero_bot).

Existing v1.0.0-rc6 assets renamed via Forgejo asset-PATCH API in lockstep — pure metadata, no rebuild.

Consumer-side service_osis.nu updated in lockstep on hero_skills development_mik_home212_consumer branch.

The auto-generated crates/hero_osis_server/src/bin/hero_osis.rs is untouched per home#203.

Per [home#212](https://forge.ourworld.tf/lhumina_code/home/issues/212). `build-linux.yaml` matrix `artifact: linux-amd64-musl` → `x86_64-unknown-linux-musl` for all 4 binaries (`hero_osis`, `hero_osis_seed`, `hero_osis_ui`, `hero_bot`).
