Overview

hero_lib CI is broken (or at least flaky enough that it's not gating merges reliably). Fix it as part of the broader AI client unification work in home — apps use hero_lib AI client META.

Why

Meeting 2026-05-06: "hero_lib / fix CI too in the process".

Acceptance

  • Identify the failing job(s)
  • Fix or quarantine
  • Green build on development and on tag pushes
  • CI gates AI client changes properly
