hero_foundry_ui failed source-build via hero_builder:

error: failed to select a version for the requirement `hero_proc_sdk = "^0.5.0"`
candidate versions found which didn't match: 0.6.0

origin/development of hero_proc is at 0.6.0; the version constraint here was stale. Mirrors the canonical fix pattern from hero_foundry 35ab5b3 + hero_wallet 03c0deb.

Verified GREEN via hero_builder: 3/3 targets built (hero_foundry, hero_foundry_ui_server, hero_foundry_ui).

Tracked under lhumina_code/home#230 (P0 source-build sweep) and lhumina_code/home#229 (Phase 3 outlier).
