Details
bb8d9ea191 
Cargo.lock was holding herolib_core at an older commit predating the
introduction of the `logger` module, because the `version = "0.5"`
requirement excluded the current 0.6.0 release on `branch = "development"`.
Result: `herolib_core::logger` import unresolved in hero_foundry_server.

Closes the s81 hero_builder source-build sweep failure on hero_foundry.
