Bring hero_cockpit onto the development branch: point dependencies at development and fix any build drift against the development libraries. Done when hero_cockpit builds against the development branch.

Development readiness update:

  • Local hero_cockpit development is at f6a623e and latest-development release exists for that commit.
  • cargo +1.96 check --workspace passes on clean development; git diff --check passes.
  • Development catalog already includes Hero Biz, Hero Planner, and Hero Kimi (hero_kimi_rust) entries, and OpenRPC invariants are clean: 0 non-reserved dotted method names and 0 multi-param methods.

No cockpit code change was needed for the starter development path. Remaining work is deployment validation on the independent mainnet admin/member set, not the integration organization.
