hero_biz only bound TCP:8881 — hero_proxy discovers backends via Unix
sockets, so the Biz iframe was unreachable through the proxy.

- Bind both TCP and Unix socket (hero_biz.sock) concurrently
- Add /health endpoint for service discovery
- Uses hyper 1.x HTTP/1.1 over Unix socket (same pattern as hero_books_ui)
