Captures today's Rule-6 walkthrough against the Askama + Unpoly + SSE stack. Customer UI at /hero_assistance/app/ works end-to-end (enrol, list, ticket detail, D-27 SSE wire shape and 401 auth gate). Operator admin at /hero_assistance/admin/ loads 8 tabs with Users, Projects, Stats working and Tickets, Comments, Admin, Logs, Docs each surfacing a known follow-up.

Diagnose-and-route comments posted today on all 4 open follow-up issues plus a cross-track convergence note on hero_router#110. Customer-readiness gate tracker #18 filed today subsumes the 4 follow-ups plus the post-D-26 checklist rewrite as v1.0 blockers.

No source-code touches; doc-only.

still cite Dioxus-era source files and need a body rewrite against
