Overview

Timur has been working on MCP host + Python flow integration (the agent runtime that drives Hero domains). The meeting flagged a status check: is it done? what's left?

Why

Meeting 2026-05-06: "mcp, python work by timur / check if it is done".

The Python flow side lives mostly in hero_logic (Phase 11 — A through C4 merged, D + E open mergeable PRs as of 2026-05-06). The MCP side lives in hero_agent and hero_router.

Acceptance

  • One-page status: what's merged, what's open, what's missing for the demo path
  • List the gating PRs by URL
  • List the demo-VM validations still needed (especially the manual e2e from hero_logic#22 test plan)
  • Comment on this issue with the summary; no code changes needed for the audit itself
