Import & populate participant data. The user data will come via Emre or Marion, then be sent to us for population into the app.

Needed to pre-populate profiles (see the invite-links + pre-population issue).

The import mechanism is now built and merged — see #30 (participants_import_csv, admin Import participants (CSV) card). This issue is now purely running that importer with the real data:

  1. Get the participant list from Emre/Marion as a CSV (header row; email required + name; optional: title, country, org, sector, bio, linkedin, website, and ;-separated here_to / ask_me_about / can_help_with / love_to_meet / priority_topics).
  2. Admin → Participants → Import participants (CSV) → paste → Import. Profiles are created private; tick email a sign-in link if you want each person emailed a magic login link immediately, or send links later.

Blocked only on receiving the actual data. No further code needed unless the real CSV reveals columns we should map.
